“Enhance strategies for reading, drafting, revising, editing, and self-assessment”

The importance of editing your draft cannot be stretched enough. The amount of known mistakes I make when writing out my first draft is mind-blowing to me. I never realize until I either give it a second read or my group mates point it out. The importance of editing your work will enhance your writing style/technique and makes the piece better to read. A strong example of this was in my technical description. I forgot to include basic stuff such as the table of contents, labeling of the images, and missing content on how to use a tape measure (figure 1 and 2). However, I’ve improved in my final draft by including the proper APA format along with the additional content needed after taking the advice from my group mates (shown in assignments section).
