“Engage in genre analysis and multimodal composing to explore effective writing across disciplinary contexts and beyond”

I would say that the genre analysis was the most helpful thing to me when planning to write my document. Doing the genre analysis made it more clear to me what a perfect, good, or bad layout of the project would be. Additionally, I would gain more knowledge as to what content was needed when writing about the assignment. This was shown in my memo genre analysis in figure 1. I remember being unsure what to include in my essay or the content needed, however, with the genre analysis, I was able to gain the context I needed to complete the full memo.
